X3 vs. X4

I didn't see this question asked yet so sorry if I missed it but I'm a newb. I have X3 and was wandering if the X4 upgrade was worth the $$.

Are there any major improvements or changes?
Should I wait for X5?

I think it depends on how much you use X3 now. heavy hitters like X4. casual users say "meh"

I would say wait for X5 from what I am hearing! X4 only had minor improvements over X3!

Wait for X5. X4 had some minor improvements most of them hidden, I found it heavier on the memory side but smoother. I had issues with the Roland CutContour. I still use X3 the most. X5 should have some new tools that will be worth it. 3 & 4 still have the same limitations.

this was the 2nd year for X4 aniversary this year, so hope X5 comes out near Jan...yup this close I'd wait X3 works great, so save till the next
