X5 exporting to JPG

Every time I export a file to a jpg and even eps, the files come up as corrupt or nonexistent. Anybody else having any issues with exporting from x5 or advice on what I am doing wrong?

There was a patch or service pack issued recently, if you haven't installed it you probably should download it and install it.
