What resolution do you XC540 owners print your wraps at? I'm considering upgrading from my Versacamm, but at 720x720dpi, it yeilds only a 30% increase in speed. According to the specs, it only prints rapidly at the lower resolutions.

720.

It all depends on your file quality/dpi/print size.

I;ve used Versawerks to upscale my files up to 400% if I have a high res file,

For wraps I usually do my photoshop files @ 150dpi and half size, so I can up-scale them in VW. Works very swell and rips pretty quick.

If all you want to do is speed up the process adjust your head speed to 1000. You'll notice no image quality loss and it'll save you half an hour
