xml error message

I saved an image from photoshop as a tiff, then as a jpeg, and took them into Flexi.
Flexi puts up an error window that just says- "xml" xml- with an OK button, then refuses to open the jpeg or Tiff.

Is there something I am missing in Flexi or Photoshop?

Thanks for the reply, I'll make sure to send it to you when I get to the shop today.

The file was too large, it bounced back. But I think I got it figured out.
Flattening the image before exporting it seems to fixed things.
