Y-Encoder Help

Need help. My Mutoh Falcon Outdoor keep showing E070 Error Y Encoder, i tried everything and checked everything as power supply, cables, T-Fence, motor, mainboard, but still the error, the motor does not start. I may have changed some mechanical parameters, so please can anybody help me how to make a Factory Reset or put the right parameters again, i do not know what numbers to put on Mechanical Parameters Update.

back to factory defaults is ,, reset the nvram.
IF you can find out how to do that ....

Do that only after you have backed up the printer parameters, otherwise, bad move. Once you reset the NVRam, your printer would lose all its parameter data (head ranks, uni and bi-di adjustments, etc...) and may not work at all.

Can you move the carriage by hand freely to the center?
Start with carriage in center. Same error?
If you loose the carriage metal belt screws left hand side 2 turns does it start.
At start up what is the voltage on the motor 24 volt?
