I own a Saturn 2538 and want to print yard signs. Who is the best supplier for 18x24 and stakes with shipping to east Tennessee?

I have. We have Total Plastics across the street and they are 98 cents. I figure there has to be a better price out there. And they haven't had stakes in months.
