Yard signs sticking together

FireSprint.com

Trade Only Screen & Digital Sign Printing
We have nice rolling yard sign racks now, but we used to use a rack made of vertical 2x4's with holes drilled and horizontal running conduit for a "shelf"

24" Between "Shelves" and about 18" deep works nicely for 24x18 and 24x24" Signs stacked vertically.

You can see a photo of our old sign rack in the background of the attached image.

When ever you print with solvent inks you have the possiblilty of ink transfer depending on humidity, teperature and so forth. We take the extra step and laminate with a inexpensive laminate. It ads a step but the result is much better and the client is please.

picked up a roll of 3621 matte and am printing some yard signs. The print quality on this vinyl is better than on gloss, prints great in high speed mode. printed a sample, cut a peice off and put face to face and clamped together between two pieces of scrap ACM about 10 mins off the printer. Am going to do the same every couple of hours with the original sample to narrow down about how long we have to wait before mounting, cutting and stacking vertically. Will keep you posted on the results.
