Yellow Head Streaking across Vinyl

My yellow head is shooting Wide Streaks across the images. I figured it was the Wire connection so I replaced those. It didn't help and then I ordered a new Slider Board and no help. If I remove front Bladder And empty the ink in the head on that side it quits streaking. See image below.

JV3 SP I think? Try with cleaning encoder strip and sensor if have good result change them there arent expensive.

Also if you changed the slider it can be bad yellow cable.

Also check your printhead connections with the ribbon. Make sure no ink is getting in the way.
Encoder cleaning is a good tip, but I've only ever seen this from a dying printhead or bad communication to a printhead.
