Yellow & Magenta mix

What can be wrong if my yellow and magenta mix? (Roland SP540V).
When I do a test print, the yellow is not clean, but mixed. Only after one or 2 powerful cleans, or about 400mm of printing, does the yellow become clean.
I did manual clean, but that did not help.

Most likely your cap top needs to be changed and while you're in there you might as well check to make sure the pump tubes aren't clogged. Normally it will be one of those 2 things but it could be a bad damper or ink cartridge. Very rarely it is a damaged head but don't worry about that until you replace the other parts first.

See above; the problem is somewhere between the cap tops and the drain bottle.
