Yellow printing orange

Our small printer sp300v the yellow is printing orange....HELP!!!!

Look at the ink line ... If it's magenta then check the dampers in your head carriage. They might be swelling, touching the head and causing one color to be sucked up in another line.

I had blue printing almost black and that was the cause of it.

Also check to see if your magenta/yellow cap top is draining properly. It could just be that the ink is sitting in the cap and the head is siphoning the magenta into the yellow.
