Well worth watching.
They said it took 5 months from design to throwing the switch.
You couldn't get the plans approved in 5 months these days.

You got that right, I would also be hard to get enough materials to build it in that time frame also! What has happened to this great country?

no harnesses, nor latex gloves when handling paint, I love it! We are too damn regulated these days to have fun

I cannot fathom all that weight of those signs due to the steel and what not. i watched it all and loved it
