Yet another Cutting Master 4 issue. Please help!

Pease help me before I loose the little hair I have left on my head.
I'm using Cutting Master 4 with Illustrator CC 2017, and up until last week, it's been fine.
Now when I send a job to Cut & Plot, the entire image dissapears as soon as the actual "Cutting Master" window opens.
I mean when I send it to the Cut/Plot window, the image is there for a few seconds until the "Cutting Master 4" window opens and then the image dissapears and is replaced with a square.

I've re installed CM4, still the same.

Click layers and make sure you have all your layers checked. Usually it does that when one is turned off... It'll display everything then when it loads the program it'll turn the previously checked layer off.

Check or reset Panel settings.

Not layers or any settings issue.
I ran through all these, with no luck.
I eventually removed cm4 totally, reinstalled, updated firmware and reinstalled drivers.
This (for now) has sorted it for me.
