Yet another scam with a twist

I have been getting scam text messages for a while but this is a twist. Normally they just say they can't deliver the package becuase of an exception, click the link. This one adds sales tax of all things. Unforntunatly sales tax on something that expensive is much more than 2 bux. Also, the number is spoofed. I thought the cell phone company was supposed to block those.

I never click on anything, nor do I give any information whatsoever.
Clicking on a text can get you malware, which means they have a clone of your activity.

Even if I'm phoned, if they ask for me by name, I ask who's calling? I let strangers ( scammers) know that I'm the most skeptical person they'll ever encounter.
