I was looking online today to find a mail forwarding service so I can get some of our suppliers (that won't use USPS) to ship to us.
I come across a site and the list of prohibited items they can't send to Guam:

    Prohibited Commodities for Guam
1.Haberdashery and sewn articles of any kind, including trimmings and lace; handkerchiefs; scarves; shawls, needlework including stockings and gloves; bonnets, caps, and hats of any kind.

    2.Police whistles.

    3.Playing cards of any kind.

    4.Footwear of any kind.

    5.Aluminum foil for tobacco manufacturing.

I understand the no hats and shoes (we don't need them) but 'no aluminum foil or police whistles'?

I think I will not be using their service.

It's very strange regulations for the prohibited commodities, caps, hats, footwear and so on.
