Will be printing images to hang on walls of gymasium in a high school. Which product(s) do you recommend for quality and long lasting on painted block walls? I am thinking cast is best way to go because it would allow me to heat apply into the mortar joints and help stop the prying fingers from pressing the crease and tearing the vinly. Look forward to seeing what you recommend.

At the very least try out Polar Grip from Drytac. They don't charge for sample rolls, but they ask for your UPS number to cover the few bucks in freight. This is a film which is highly comformable as well as a high coat-weight of adhesive coating to stick to the cinder block. Best of all, it is only $300 for a 54"x150'. IM me your UPS number and address and I'll send a test roll for you to try. This will save you hundreds per roll and do the same work.

I have zero interest in painting anything but it's an option with some stencils or a projector, if they are simple graphics.

As in the old school transparency overhead projectors from elementary school. Fun fact, you can print a pretty decent transparency on a latex on some clear film, apply to a transparency blank.
