Zaxis error

Good morning all.

Last evening, I got a call from work saying the M3000 was giving an error.
I told my co-worker to leave the cutting and I would finish it in the morning.
I figured a reboot would solve the issue. It didn't.

I can reboot, wait for it to power up and go to Reference machine but it stops with: Following Error Axis: , ,Z, , Press [OK]

Any thoughts or things I should check?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its either a power issue or something is binding would be my quess without having any real info on the situation.

I think a call to Service is needed.

maybe the Z axis limit sensor is whacked? happened to my axyz

Thanks for the replies.

A new Z drive motor assembly showed up today.
Someone to install it, maybe Wednesday.
