error code - 342 (AC Fault Polarity Y-Axis)
error code - 312 (AC Fault Check Axis)
error code - 307 (AC Fault Check AC)

Do any of you have the same experience?
May I know what the problem is??

Hi, do you have the manual for it? The error codes are all in the manual.

You can’t get parts overseas.

You can contact helicon graphics for support.

Sorry I'm late to the game - but our old one would do this too, we would restart it several times and it usually worked itself out. Zund is no longer supporting this machine, they gave us $14k as "trade-in" when we got a brand new G3 (and they took it to the scrap yard - sad day)
