Hi, would you be willing to talk on the phone and help a fellow Floridian about the HP700W and printing the white box around crop marks? I followed your directions to a T and I am still not getting any white boxes around my marks. Ive tried R252, G252, B252 and still get nothing.

Ahh, Im going to reach out to Gimco tech support today as we just got a 2nd 700W that is under warranty. Ill see what they say and if I hit a brick wall Ill let you know. I have microsoft teams that I can share screens, do you use that platform at all?

We had a few issues with our 1st one which they ended up swapping out with a new machine and that one has been running pretty good for 2 years. We just got a brand new one last week and there seems to be some improvements and additional accessories than our 1st one.

Our first one was down roughly 50% of the time. Once for about 8 weeks but most of the time I was down for a week each. At the 11 month mark I had done enough research to realize I had a lemon. White ink leaking globs onto prints, white ink leaking into maintenance cartridge and onto other color printheads.

Hi! First time posting:
I came across a CE5000-60. In great condition I’d really like to use, but having an issue in sending my files from Cadworx to the graphtec to cut it. Looking for ideas on what software to use to do this? I’ve tried to use vector cut but this machine is old and doesn’t seem supported any more. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

BTW, do you know how to print using only the cmyk colors, excluding Lc and Lm? Color match is totally irrelevant. Thank you

I have never tried. why do you want to exclude them? If speed is an issue, the graphic you posted could be printed with a lesser quality speed.

Not the speed, but trying to get more life out of the print heads. So if one of the 4 fails, I swap it.
I print at 4 instead of 8 and quality is very good for what I need. But again, color is less relevant, so no need most probably for Lc and Lm.

I am running a Roland 540XC and it has been working like a dream and yes after 15 years with her I will consider retiring her but for now I would like to pose a question to see if I update Versa Works from 4.4.2 to 5.5.1 will the Roland 540XC still be able to talk. I am running into problems with cutcoutours not showing up when I print and cut.

Hi All
I have xc-540 Roland and recently when I use cutting bleed , machine is not cutting some area about 5 inch in the middle of media always. to check I send the test, knifes is release by magnet in the area and when is pass that area is back to work ( magnetize again ) , I think maybe the cable problem . any suggestion to find out ?
