Hey everyone, Has anyone ever had this issue? I am getting an error message when trying to open Ilustrator cc on Mac. It says "Not enough memory to open the illustration". I have plenty of memory on the computer, and have restarted a number of times. Nothing has worked. Anyone????

I'm currently having problems printing on Korographics, when in the past I have not had head strike issues. This may be a stupid question, but do I need to let a new roll of material acclimate to the conditions in my print shop for a day or so, before printing? I'm just banging my head wondering...

Thanks Tony, I think that I am going to try with almost zero tension.

What is the secret to printing on Korographics? I have the heat turned off, but I am still getting head strikes. Tension setting maybe? It seems as if it varies from roll to roll. One roll, I have zero head strikes throughout completion, and the next roll I can't get through one panel without...

I'll give that a shot if I can figure out how.

Surecolor S70

Any idea on this, I printed an image that was 19" wide x 55" tall, and it came out 19" wide x 54.25" tall. I'm using Caldera. Need to figure this out asap.

Yes, I have the reflective blade. I have the initial feed on slow. It seems like that it is all in the initial feed. Sometimes it stays right on track, and the very next sheet, it skews off. I don't know.

Having trouble with the reflective material moving about .25" from start to finish of the cut. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this problem? This is the only material that I have had trouble with. I'm trying to cut about a 6' long section. Thanks all!
