Can a city, town etc... bar you from using your trademarked logo or logotype?

So, what you're all basically saying is..... you don't like this kinda law ?? They shouldn't have the right or last say, as to what goes on your sign or not in public ??

I'd like to know what you are objecting to when saying they can't do this ??

Here's an interesting one. Leavenworth is a Bavarian-themed town in WA that has very specific rules for signage. All exterior signage must be done in Bavarian/Old German/Gothic style fonts, as seen in these examples:
