Hi, I have a Mutoh VJ-1638UH flatbed printer and everything works and prints just fine except the issue I am having is the printer puts down varnish in various areas of the print and the output profile that I use is CMYK, (variable dot) custom 3 1440 x 720, Enhanced Stochastic.
I use Flexi 21. Is there a reason for this and If so is there a solution? Thanking You in advance

Hii is there any such option to make mimaki JV33-160BS machine to use with white ink so that it can print a full underlay or overlay of white ink, such as in UJF models... i hav 3 mimaki JV33 from that one i need to make as i mentioned above to do some sort of printing other than signages.. plse help..

Hi do you know a way to use a cartridge of full ink and expiration date was good but ink show me a empty but is 3/4 full.
On a CJV150-160 and a CMYK -SS21 setup

Hi, I have a Mutoh Valuejet 1324. We recently bought a new damper, o-rings, wiper & cap top from you because my black nozzles were not firing correctly. I did all the replacements Wednesday & Thursday this past week. On this past Friday it was working good, showed up this morning and I have lost all black nozzles. Do I need to get a new maintenance station now?

Hello, I saw you respond to a thread, so I thought I'd reach out and ask a question if you don't mind.

I have a Roland XC-540, and I took all the print head ribbon cables off and when I put them on again I blew the head board. I have a repaired board, and I want to make sure I have the cable sequence correct before I install the board.

Whatever help you can provide would be awesome.

Hello,

I have Roland VS540. Intermittent issues (M ghosting, C overspray, Y ink "globs,") are getting more frequent.

I'm fairly mechanical and think I could probably handle some things with instruction--the manual doesn't offer much. But I can’t seem to find info here or youtube.

Any advice to find DIY info?

I have a Mimaki JV33-160 DyeSub printer with 6.40FW Version. Ineed to convert it to BS model to use BS4 inks.
Can u suggest me a method how to convert this JV33 mainboard to JV33BS to print with BS4 inks.
On my JV33 the inkset now showing are SS21/ES3 Sol/AS100 Sol.
NOT Showing BS.

Hello VanderJ. I am just wondering if you get a minute could you have a look at my query about my Mutoh 1204 (posted yesterday).

The nozzles seem to work fine (not clogged), but the majority of the time the half of the Cyan ones are not firing.

Any idea what could be causing this? Thank you Joseph
