hahaha that's great. I must be doing it all wrong then. We power wash followed by a hand wash, then its on to clay bar every square inch and finally full avery surface clean. All this time I could have just used a mop with dirty water.

Having trouble printing today tried different profiles, heater temperatures, uni directional but nothing is working for me.
Getting white dots and vertical lines. normally prints great as in last pic but today its just not working.
heaters are at 45C 45C and 60C
Using Mimaki GPVC...
when I send a print and hit remote, the head moves to the "start" position and the stops locking the printer up. the screen goes all garbled and only way to get it to move is to turn it off at the wall and start again. Its only stopped once like that mid print.
Came out this morning to find that the printer had lost ink again. But thankfully it was easy to diagnose. Anyone having trouble with damper leakage try these steps cause it worked for me.
I performed a damper maintenance to check that it fills and holds and I had an error 61a so doing this...
ok well its finally fixed. Pitzu you were right about the 61a error being the issue I purchased the service manual and found that performing a damper maintenance function clears the error. dampers are now full and staying full. Thank you so much for helping me I really appreciate it.
found whats happening no idea how to fix it. any ideas? it does this every 30 minute when it turns itself on to self clean.
thanks Pitzu, the air that was there before hasn't come back. I'll look info about the air pressure circuit, I'm no tech so this is a massive learning curve for me.
so my initial problem is still not fixed and I lost 50% of the cartridges overnight (not printing). Its doing my head in. heres a pic of the dampers position. the magenta and cyan which I'm having issues with, have a different position to the yellow and black. Temps on heater are Pre 48C, print...
