When printing I am noticing some bleed. Especially where black ink meets the white vinyl. Have also noticed it a little when printing some reds. The reds seem to have a orange line only at the top, and the black bleeds into purple around the edges meeting up to the white. Anyone have any...

Thanks I will try this. Yeah when you first turn on the machine the heaters will come on for a certain amount of time, but they only heat to the setting that the printer is on not through production manager. I will check this out though maybe this will do what I want. Thanks for the reply.

Anyone know how to change the heater settings from the printer? I can do it from flexi, I just would like to have the heater already warmed up so I don't have to wait so long for it to warm up when I'm ready to print. Thanks

I did! I was to the point that I had no idea what to try next so I decided to take the printhead and the MS back off and start over. Well after putting them back on it started working. I think the printhead may not have been seated all the way. So it wasn't getting a good seal to the capping...

I have messed around with color profiles a little but I have never created my own, so I'm no expert there but I will look into that thanks.

Yes I only have flexi. I hate to admit it but you lost me on color profile and grey scan.

So far it only seems to be my black to white gradient that does this. I design in flexi and then send it to production manager. When I switch back to flexi 8 on my old computer the gradient doesn't look like this.

Well guys I finally got it! I think atleast. I will try to print something as soon as I can get the printer to read the media. I keep getting undefined media.

Thanks for the reply. When I try to pull from one of the waste tubes with the other clamped, I get a tight suction but no ink movement and I also can't hear any air.

Well after replacing the dampers there is no change. I am looking at the CR board now just trying to rule everything out. I have found a fuse on the board that I can't get continuity to. I am not sure what this fuse does or if it is a fuse. I am posting some pictures if anyone of you have any...
