We bought about 60 LED cool white bulbs which were 7w equivalents. We got them from Aliexpress.com. They were around .80 cents a bulb and shipped free. They are working out very very well. I really feel cool white is the way to go...but that is just my preference now.

We just switched to LED lighting for the office and shop. It wasn't that expensive. I would say that it has been a big improvement. We went with the cool white instead of the warm color. It is a bit weird at first, but I am used to it now and actually really prefer it.

Type of Maintenance? You may have to be more specific than that. Are you talking about cleaning maintenance, cutting maintenance, etc. Or just general everyday cleaning?

If I remember correctly you can just right click the file in the main window and select what you want to do - like print/cut or just print, etc. Then this project will be added to the queue. You can also select two projects and it will print both of them. I don't think you can select three...

Thank you for this recommendation. I haven't heard of them before. But I will use them for now on. I was ordering them from http://www.digiprint-supplies.com from Europe and have had zero issues with the blades. Good to know there is a more local company. :smile:

Pressure - Illustrator? Hmmm... What is the pressure settings you are using on the rollers? Another thought or something I have seen is if the workspace in Illustrator isn't the right size it can cause some sizing issues. Or are you importing directly in RIP software?

I haven't seen this on my one year old CJV30-130. I would look at how it is placing the ink on the media. Is it actually printing this weird oval shape or is it happening on the post heat or after it was printed? What are your heat settings? Another thought, perhaps it could be a profile...

This is a tough question. I think you can get a new CJV30-130 now the old model for $14k to $16k. So you take the guess of $5k in repairs and you are only a few thousand from a new machine. If you got 3+ years out of it and made the initial investment back a few times, it might be worth to...
