I'm sorry, but this design break all the rules in this trade:
a/ Artistically.. Curvy letters and capital should not mixed together. The design does not have any contrast. If you just change any line of text to white it would look better. A mix of upper and lower case without a good reason...
If time is not an issue.. you can extend the life of #1 printer printheads by double the printing passes (16 passes? if possible). You will see the quality would match #2 printer..
Thank you everyone for your help..I found out that we can't do it as it is exclusively service from a few authorized company.. You need a special hardware to mount the gtraphic on the rail and wrap it..
BIG EASY DOES IT is right..it need to apply to the moving rubber rail as seen on this...
Hello members..
I have a special request from customer to produce a temporary graphics to stick on the escalator handrails. I've never do this before and do not know what kind of material to use and who is the suppliers in North America. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Kent.
We used to have Armstrong EHF-2, EHU-6000 series Humidifier that hook up directly to water line..

It's simply not working. I still have ghost print when using this static rubber band. Using alcohol won't work either as it will leave a wipe marks on substrate... However I now have a perfect working solution for this problem. It is going to cost you a little but it worth every cents..
I used...
We had this product long ago.. It does NOT work as good you think...sorry to point it out but someday the problem will come back and you will pull out your hair again ..as it happened to us.
Why do you need blockout banner material for? Same principle... To be able to print different image on each side of material without seeing the ghost image on the other side when viewing against a strong light source.
Ofcourse it will cost you more to print without liner.. we do mostly custom work therefore extra cost will be included. Here is the trick... use double sided mounting film to hold the mesh from bulging up...this will last for a few prints until it fully covered by ink and not sticking anymore...
