    hi, we bought mutoh VJ 1614 secondhand. all it's ok in FLEXI 10 (it's printing!) with onyx, when we hit PRINT NOW, the printer displays: CONVERTING and doesn't print anything. just stays with this message. what it's the problem? thank you
