Not sure where you bought your parts, but those prices are ridiculous! I'm presuming those are Canadian dollar amounts, which would mean you paid 2-3 times what you can get the parts for at Solventinkjet.com. I suggest you check them before buying any more parts... Agree, it looks like a bad head.

What you are looking for is called "Fill" in service mode. Service menu-print menu-test pattern-fill. See attached... It prints each color individually at 100% ink, 720 dpi , standard speed, bi-directional.

If there is no change in the number of missing nozzles after doing 2-3 head soaks, then I'm sorry to say, I believe the black channel is permanently clogged.
