I've found with our Colorado, it has this issue when the file is saved remotely (on a server) not saved locally on the computer, I usually put the file im trying to print on the desktop of the PC im printing from & try again. I'm guessing the connection may dip in and out of where the file is...

I wouldn't want to tell you to use any certain cleaning agents incase of damaging the print. Perhaps get in contact with the people who printed it & ask them as they will know best how to clean it for their certain printer's specs & requirements...

I would go over it very lightly with a non-abrasive microfibre cloth without any cleaning agent

We haven't had any new inks as of yet, we're still on the 356 inks...

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone knew of how to add registration marks in the middle of a long drop. I often get a job in which requires 3.5m long graphics to be plotted, but it often goes off track & skewed. Any tips or tricks? Thanks!

Hi all! Can anyone shed some light on why Onyx won't open certain PDF files? It's not every single file, but now and then it simply doesn't load the file. It doesn't even acknowledge that a file has been imported in the console in the bottom right. Help? Thanks in advance!

Thank you Jim, although I'm aware of these pre profiled media's. We still have splitting with some of these medias too! :( I think it may be just our machine (hopefully for the sake of anyone else who has a Colorado!)

Hi Guys! Does anyone have any special tips on (if possible) using the CG160-FXII to cut through the media fully rather than contour cutting? I'm currently using the plotter to only do cut contours, but due to a job that has just come in, I'm going to have to hand cut 500 square stickers by...

If they're all certified medias that you plan on using you might not have any issues. However, some of the products we use aren't 'approved medias'. It's just a bit frustrating to have to be limited to an approved list. :(

Ouch! Maybe give a heat gun & some lighter fluid / adhesive cleaner a go?
