Hi I currently use sp300 with colorrip and refillable carts (no chip) I have an opportunity to get my hands on a sp540 with versaworks at a good price can anyone tell me if the refillable carts need chips(electronic type) to work with versaworks? or can I just slot them in and go thanks in advance

Good question, I too have color rip 2.2 and have no real issues with it, but if versa works is a better product then I would consider changing. Has anyone been able to verify this fix yet? any arguments for or against appreciated
