Flexi does have an internal barcode server as well. I would recommend creating a parallel workflow using Summa Cutter Control to compare and troubleshoot. If it cut at 90 degrees then that's probably an operator error of some kind.

That's not my experience. The primer does cause this issue because it actually de-primes the head when it doesn't seat properly. also, the priming assembly is a pain in the ass to replace.
