Hi All: One of our customers is asking to have two new sign faces on below poly sign, we only use the regular EX7 for sign retainer. Can any one tell me how to measure the size and remake a new retainer for this kind of sign? Thanks

We just did one project, we are in Canada, I feel the best way is to have a engineering drawing, if not, our city require to have 4' deep for 6x6x12' post, AND the post has to be Douglas- Fir grade 1 which is harder to find and more expensive. we just installed a 36"H by 80"w sign.

that's a good point, but customers are always looking for a balance between quality and pricing, the proposal to customers should match their requirments, not over not under, Gemini should fit for those customers with long term requirement, but not for all customers. i would rather to figure out...

I tried many times with Gemini, never got any deal with their pricing, now we outsouce to local supplier who can help to cut the 1/2 or 1/4 thick PVC, then apply vinyl, edge painting by ourselves. it turns out very good, we have more and more business now.

Try this vendor: Mammoth Image, they are not so fast but can do this size for sure

you can find lots of local vendors, like 4over, they can print and send to you, other idea you can buy canvas and print by yourself. but very few customer order canvas, you will take long time to finish the whole roll.

I totally agree with you, so you mean you prefer flex face more than rigid face? we never did flex face sign before since we are still very new, but eager to learn how to make the flex sign face.
