    Try printing a block of black 1.3mx80cm and see if theres any change. If not ill go with a head soak for an hour or more

    wow we have similar test prints, if you want a quick fix try using a swab dipped in solvent and press it up against the printhead itself for 20-30 seconds followed up by a clean, for a long term fix try head soak.

    Alright guys job done Took out encoder strip Punched in holes / cut holes with a stanley knife Flipped the strip and tightened the screws Encoder strip successfully flipped.

    Agree with Vander My last place we always got the one off small white ink job and it was horrible, wasted material setting up along with the possible head drop out. Also we hardly printed white ink so we had to constantly clean it and have it ready for printing.

    2 months ago I was left with this to take care of and im not very experienced with maintenance, ill do a proper job at cleaning it in a few days time, Technician also did a head soak overnight and no changes. I will see if he can change the caps first before changing print head. Thanks guys.
