Well Im not a real shop owner but I do all the work for the shop if that counts, the guy who actually owns the shop doesnt even know how to get into the cutting program, so i think i may qualify ...lol :P

also, i just had the same problem today!! my cutter kept going back and forth on the same line till it cut clear through the vinyll, if you have a tray that allows the vinyll to roll and its being cut make sure the vinyll roll, stays on the tray, if you dont have a tray make sure theres enough...

its been over a month for me as well, im starting to think they never got my form that i filled out... well I hope it comes soon

Nope one machine cutter/plotter and you were right the "blade" sorry not a needle lol my bad im new at this, but it was the press part that was wrong and its a creation machine so ya hope that answers all and thanks for getting back to me

Well I have suceeded in being able to print out designs made on my program the only thing is: no matter how i adjust the needle it only "scratches" the surface and doesnt cut the vinyll actually... however when the needle is moving it scratches when it goes from letter to letter and i get lines...
