    Hello Robert my name is Helen this is my first day on this site, so I thought I would private message you instead of trying to figure how right now!


    i have a roland fj50 I cannot seem to get the help to fix it's problem, the roland company have told me they don't repair the fj50's anymore!
    i sent them many pictures of the problems when I do a demo print, they said it looks like the print heads or the ink tubes are not making connection,
    to eliminate the possible problems I wanted to ask if I could get a copy of the service manual please
    robert also I wanted to ask if you know of any roland experts out there I'am based in London, I have called several people but none who have worked on these machines.....

    there is a bottle with 3 tubes coming in and on the bottom there is a tiny sensor switch
    I push the micro switch and nothing happens . Is there a cover for the bottle? How can I get one if so

    We have figured out which part we need but we need a diagram to be able to see what is going on inside.

    Hello Robert,

    Can you tell me how to check the head shot count on a SP 540 v? I bought the machine pre-owed, trying to determine if the heads should be replaced. Thinking very seriously of getting them from you and doing it myself. Can you send along the service manual as well? Perhaps it will tell me how to park the heads without activating pump so that i can led them soak in cleaner for a while.

    I have an SP300 (6 years old now!!) and need the service manual.

    I did have the membership & downloaded it from the premium site site a few years ago but not having to need it & having upgraded HD & computer I cannot now locate it.
    If you were able to forward a copy it would be very much appreciated.
