The kraft paper doesn't go up over the loading table. It will go underneath the loading area straight through the rollers. I always found it easier to web the laminator before the heat was turned on.
Select the small item, drag it up to the size you want, paying attention to the percentage of scale. Undo, select everything, then manually type in the percentage of scale. That should get you close enough.
Customers will argue that they can read their font. Well yeah, you know the name of your own business. I've taken their ugly font, typed up some random words, and made them stand back & try to read it. That will occasionally get through to them that their name needs to be readable.
Use lighter weight fonts instead of the bold heavy ones. People have more time to look at a business card than a pickup driving down the street.
I've also found that a vertical layout often works better than horizontal, especially when you're using the same art as a truck door.
