Is it possible the vehicle has been ceramic coated? I had that happen to me & the owner never told me about it.

Usually when I get this on my Summa T, it's because a small piece(s) of vinyl is stuck to one or both of the small rollers on both sides of the tip of the blade.

Has anyone else noticed in Oracal's new color chart that the Minimum Outdoor Durability rating on 651 (intermediate) has changed? Under the specs, it says: I notice on their website they have If 4 years is correct, that's a huge drop!!

My last post here regarding the T750 "gap" problem was 3 1/2 years ago. Sad to say, the problem still exists. After that post, I called Summa and talked to one of their technicians(?). His answer was that the head is an expendable part (like blades or the teflon strip) and must be replaced...
