I have version 6.7 I have some problem with importing pics and getting them to vectorize them? so that I can cut them out. I know I must be doing something wrong and second I need to know if anybody has the update to run ve on vista my version will not run on vista any help? thanks

I have vinyl express it is like flexi pro thank that may help me for a way to some things I think vector is what I am looking for it cut the vinyl into a some what of a picture of the item you would do in print. is that right?????
