    are you tring to cut out the shaped of the late model. the vinyl cutters dont cut photos out they have to be in vector format. a photo well never be in vector it will only be in jpeg, tiff, pdf. if you want email me the file that your having trouble on. and ee what I can do. nd_511graphix@yahoo.com
