    I recently replaced my cap tops and dampers cleaned the encoder strip ect.. but still having troubles. I guess I'm just looking for any other recommendations. Had a little trouble with the small rings inside the brass nuts going to the dampers but I think I got them. Thanks, Matt

    Not laminate, heater is on, I just put in a new 60 blade to try out. Not a lot of space with the holder. The test cut comes out well its just randomly will give me those messed up lines.

    Offset is good slowed the speed way down and still had the issue.

    Just shut it off and it gave me internal error 13

    The cut seems to get rigid at random spots, seems to occur more with rounded areas when both die cutting and print/cutting. 45 blade just replaced it have tried numerous other troubleshooting techniques. Can be seen above the N in attached image.
