  1. Z6600 Needed a belt and I made it worse

But the fact that you reassembled it means you bought just a naked chinese belt. And yes the tension is poor.
  2. Z6600 Needed a belt and I made it worse

Have you re-mounted the black plastic stopper on right hand? The original belt comes preassembled correctly. On the u-bracket you have to holes. The round shaped should be on the bottom pin. If the encoder is correctly mounted there should be a gap of about one millimeter to the bracket corner.
  3. Curing Issues ACM HP R2000

You’re right. Should use my goggles… Anyway, I would increase curing and reduce drying temperature.
  4. Curing Issues ACM HP R2000

Curing of 120% ink plus 35% OP at 185F in 6 pass won’t work well. I would reduce OP to 25%, set curing to 200F and reduce drying to 140F.
  5. HP Latex 115 – Tried everything to clear the 23:10 air pressure error. Best way to get help?

The issue with printmech/primer valve I had too. But to get this issue resolved the diagnostic is running quite to short. My way is to use a pressure gauge and inflate the system using a syringe. Kink every tube until pressure stays stable or kink all tubes and release one after the other...
  6. What’s your thoughts on a Vanguard VR 6

The lucky thing about these units is that you can replace each part on your own. Maybe you need some advice by phone, but it reduces costs when a repair is needed.

If you order the OMAS it will include the cable card
  8. HP 700w printing quality Issue

You can run the OP depletion testprint to get a visible result on OP stability
  9. HP 700w printing quality Issue

This is correct. Just replace the OP head. You can run the OP depletion testprint.
  10. Oil for Carriage Rod?

Felts are not presoaked. The left front is just the felt. On right side is a oil reservoir to constantly apply oil to the main rod. The rear rod needs to be oiled from time to time. The felts of the rear rod are not accessible easily when replacement is required. But during SMK3 all oiler felts...
  11. Discussion I've owned an HP R1000 since April 2019, ask me anything

The password is created based on technician credentials at HP. It requires to be trained @ HP. Most of diagnostics are available to operator. Those who are not should only be used with necessary skills to prevent from additional damages.

  13. Roll Length Calculator & Other Tools

Hey, good idea. But metric would be cute…
  14. Bleed printing on HP Latex

Just put an oversized sheet of sacrificed porous paper under your substrate and set size and position manually.
  15. What RIPs support the onboard spectro of the HP700W.

The way HP does it is less complicated for unskilled users. You don’t have to pay attention about the transitions, GCR, UCR. But on the other hand you are limited in gamut.
