thanks guys! I have never done a sign like this before so just need some guidance to produce a quality product. I have a 24" plotter and a summa DC3 plotter/cutter, so I can cut the mask myself. what source for wood or HDU would you recommend?

Not on the door, just on the wall above space. RESTROOM is on wall with an arrow pointing down hall. The existing signs are engraved with no brail etc. they are looking to change the color and look of the signs.

I need to do a small run of office type signs, IE: RESTROOM, CASHIER etc. looking for suggestions on gloss black with white text. I have general tools like table saw, router table. I have had a bit of a hard time getting PVC to cut clean enough for these types of signs. Any suggestions? thanks

Thanks SMDGRFX, I think I am in the ballpark with removal/ cleanup time, but actually liking the idea of painting the graphics on now. BTW, are you a sportbike/ track guy or just liked the pic?

I have a customer that wants me to remove and replace the graphics on his 35' fiberglass motorhome. The manufacturer does not offer replacement graphics, so I plan on cutting new graphics the same shape as the old (just slightly larger to cover ghost lines). I have never done a job this large...

The white on the magnetic is not separating from the black mag, but the edge of the magnetic is lifting from the vehicle. I have them back in my shop and I am trying to heat the signs to get them to lay flat again, but I do suspect it could be the vinyl and lam that is shrinking slightly, maybe...

The customer says they installed them on their vans and they were fine at first then started to curl around the edges after a few weeks.

Thanks guys, that makes sense due to the amount of material to go solvent print. I have never installed a job that large. any tips for installing the 3M over rivets?
