  1. Cleaning boards for flatbed printing

I also thought IPA was the best - and thanks for the tip on buffing afterwards. When using materials that come with a protective mask (Dibond, acrylic, some PVC) do the mask not leave some residue? To be on the safe side, we clean anyway.
  2. Cleaning boards for flatbed printing

  3. Epson GS600 inks fading

I would like to mention that I have had no fading issues with vehicle graphics using 180 Cv3 with 8519 lam. Also, color other than yellow and red seem to be holding up. The GS6000 is still a great printer.

Epson was of no help and stated that they have not done any longevity tests with GS600 inks!!!. No usefull reply from 3M either. Has anybody...

I realize that printing/cutting/masking/weeding a lot of small lettering is one thing and just contour cut a large decal is another and will have to differentiate the pricing accordingly. I was thinking to go with $1.00 to $1.50 per sqft depending on total sqft...
  8. Contour cut pricing

We recently added a Graphtec FC8000 and are new to contour cutting of printed decals and not sure how best to price this part of a job. Should we use: a) estimated time, b) a percentage of the decal print price c) $/sqft d) other? Thank you
