I'm an authorized Epson Tech. That is most likely one of the print heads causing that. Have you seen any 1A39 Print Head Errors? One way to figure out if that is the issue when it becomes more consistent would be to put it in single head mode and see if you can isolate it to a specific head...

there is a menu in the control panel that allow to print on one head, it is called head mode.....shouldn't be too hard to find. It's in one of the top setup menus, or it will be in the users manual, I am in the field and cannot look up now

You may need a printhead if the missing nozzles are consistent and especially if there is nozzle deflection around it That may be a European Model so I may not be able to get parts for it....if you send the serial number I can verify origin

A weak pump cap can cause this as the pump cap is responsible for getting the head primed up to print ........I would replace those. You mentioned the heads, dampers etc were replaced already?

I would make sure the Auto Clean feature is turned off. Some printers have an option as to how many cleanings to run if clogged nozzles are detected example 1-5 ....There may also be a driver setting where this is located for each job. If that doesn't do it, I might do a firmware upgrade.

you might want to replace the pump cap, it may not be properly priming the magenta line......try another magenta ink if you have one and you may then have a head issue I can get parts if you need them

There is some serious nozzle deflection that points to a faulty head, I would definatley try to clean the face of the head and pour some solution on the caps and let soak and then run cleaning, but the head is likely going to have to be replaced.....I am an authorized Epson tech and can help you...
