When I upgraded to Omega 4.0 there was a paper with the dongle from Gerber that suggested that you get damage insurance on it. They will charge you the price of a new program to replace the dongle, around 3500.00 if I remember correectly.
Just a quick thought... do you have THAT plotter selected as the preference when you send a job out to be cut? I know I have to select which plotter i want the job to go to if I'm switching between my GS15 or my enVision 375. They are both on com1 but the file format is different between the 2...
ok another problem i'm having..... when i outline or shadow lettering i select the outlines and the originals and lay them out per colors as i'm going to plot them so i can make the best use of my material. the problem i'm running into, that i didn't have with advantage, is they want to snap...
