    Glantz is a good solution. If they're local to you and they deliver in their truck you're golden. Talk to the branch manager and let that person know what you have gone thru and ask him to Personally check stock and quality for you!

    The reason why the margin varies is the 150 has pressure rollers. We experience it on our 3360 as well..... If the roller has a tendency to pull to one side, its going to keep tracking in that direction. You can utilize track edge feature I think the 150 has it....OR if it had double sided...

    Hey Matt....dont forget proper disposal of solvent ink waste....nearly $10 or more per gallon if using enough ink and solvent to justify Safety Kleen pickup.

    Try Mactac 929 or similar if you want. It works well...prints nicely. Not as aggressive an adhesive on it. Im not sure how it installs as I dont install the graphics we print.

    Get a small fan or 2 to blow across the media at the TAKEUP on the bottom. Not into your print platen....this will also help with the degassing.

    Ours is asking to change it since 1 week into owning the damn thing. Its annoying....needs to be changed in a couple weeks here. Just waiting it out and keeping an eye on the kit.
