Have you tried the deep cleaning. But those heads look bad. I have some old ones that would print better than those. Since they are shot I would see if soaking them in cleaner might soften the ink enough to flush them out. Looks like they dried up.

Educational version of CS is ligit for commercial use. Even upgradable. Not Corel though. My son has both.

We have "roundups" where you can drop off toxic crap. Ask the fire department. That is where ours is held. They only happen every 6 months or so here but there is a drop off station that's open year round. It's just far. Also there is a small charge if you are a business.
