Sounds about right...lol When I have a problem file, one thing that usually cures it is to go back to the design software and re-export the file, then rip it again.

Try clearing out your print que (A/B). I've had issues when I let it fill up with old print jobs. Save them off, or delete. Also, try deleting the job from the que, and reloading/ripping.

Make sure the background color and text color are not the same.

If you are set to inches, .25 will put an extra .50" between the cut lines...not a major deal when printing large stuff, but you will waste material if grouping large quantities of ssmall ones. I bumped mine down to .04" and have had no issues...the EPS margin just has to be set to something...

Try hitting the "Basepoint" button before you run the job. What version of Versaworks are you running?

Cutting with heat on or off?

Have them send you a DXF file from the machine drawings (one with dimensions and one without)...import the DXF file into Flexi and use the outlines as the cut-lines.

Did you remove the whole sponge, or just the top layer?

Apply the CutContour to your design, load into Versaworks and send as "Cut Only"

If your not under warranty, it's my understanding is they will cover parts, not labor. And Ken, as TNT stated above, be sure to apply the firmware upgrade for the new pump.
