Profiles When you open the drop down for the profiles select the gpvc h3 I think. Do 540/1080 6 pass. That's my go to profile for most of my jobs. If you haven't gotten it by Monday pm your number and I'll help you when I'm back in the office.

Had this very same problem app 10 months ago. Ended up switching to 3951ra. Recently had the same problem on the left of the roll like previously mentioned. I also do a lot of "OVERSIZE LOAD" decals and had a problem with there 751. Oracal has a real problem with there vinyl across the board.

3751 I found it was hit and miss with all the bad rolls. Check your lot numbers of the rolls. You can call oracal with the lot number and they will send you call tags and replace them. They were great to work with, just frustrating as hell.

3751 issues I moved to the 3951ra.

Issue I ran into this issue about 6-8 months ago. Got app 8-10 bad rolls in a row. All of them came from fellers and directly from oracal. I ended up giving up on it and switched to something else. I hate to see that people are still getting bad rolls.

Panton chart Have your local dealer send a sample pantone chart. You will be impressed.

s80600 A jv33 will never come close to the color gamut that an 80600 can achieve. With the 80600 having a designated orange and designated red ink cartridge the abilities of this machine are amazing.

Curious as well I received a pantone chart from grimco that was printed on a new s80. Im trying to schedule a demo so i can see how user friendly it is. I was really impressed with its gamut of color. The best oranges ive seen.

Grit rollers Are you cutting through rasterlink or finecut? Try cleaning your grit rollers. Ive had an issue before with this and was able to take a small metal brush and and go over the grit rollers. Also clean your rubber rollers with alcohol.

Barrel method The reason the barrel method works so well is because when its done properly, your getting equal pressure all the way around the round object. If your simply holding each side of the vinyl you only get pressure from 4 sides not the circumference of the object your wrapping.
