What does this mean?? I'm trying to contour cut something we just printed and I get this error/warning everytime I open cutting master. I'd rather not wreck a print so I'm waiting attempt cutting until I find out what this means. The user manual is zero help....

Avery does in fact still make True Shadow. They just sent me 10 samples last week. It's not what I would call a ghost flame, but I think it will work for what I need. Call them directly and ask for the sample dept.

Yup, they just emailed over their font package... internal font created for the client for internal use. Thank you all for your help trying to decipher it!!!

It's close, but no cigar. I was just informed that this particular font might not be public. Apparently the client had a family of fonts created to use internally. Not sure if this is one of them... Time to get on the phone and get some questions answered.

Lowercase "a" is still different, as is the lowercase "c". I've never had a font throw me for this big of a loop before.

Unfortunately, I need to match exactly as what I am creating is going to go 4 feet away from the pre-existing vinyl in the photo, and they have stuff everywhere. Basically, I'm trying to land a big client, and if I can pull this off exactly, it's going to make us look really good so close...

The lowercase "a" isn't right.

Its not Arial, and it's not Helvetica, but its really close. The R, is what is throwing me off. Any help on this one?

Lam all my prints except banners. I'd rather spend an extra couple bucks on the lam, knowing the print is protected. Last thing I want is a customer bringing me back a sign in a couple months because it got scratched or it faded or even worse, they tried to clean it and ink got wiped off.

I used to lam banners when we printed them on our old HP5500ps because we had to. But now with the latex and solvent printers, I never do. Makes them too rigid and they dont roll up well.

I have a client that is requesting vinyl ghost flames for his truck. The truck is going to be in a magazine and featured at the SEMA show in November. I've never seen, done, or heard of doing ghost flames with vinyl so I thought maybe some of you fine people might have some insight to this...

What profiles are you guys using for this media? The material is coming out warped and wrinkled out of my L25500. I have the heat down low and the machine is set to film. But still no luck...

Outsource it. Seriously way easier if you just find a local installer and contract it out.

We use Oracal 5600 series and use their profile in Onyx 10, no problems whatsoever, it looks amazing! I just did 4 2'x2' signs yesterday and from start to finish it only took me 40 minutes. I think that's pretty rad.

Is it possible to do overprints on the L25500 using Onyx? I can easily see where to do it when printing on my Roland but I can't find anywhere to select overprints for the HP. Can anybody shed some light on this? Thanks!
