Not sure why you're using bulletin for lettering ?? Bulletins are pigmented higher for better hiding, but less flow. However, they dry faster which doesn't allow much time for flowing out, either. Now, by taking paint out of a gallon can and going as you need it adding thinner, reducer...

Other than thinner, what other additives do you use ??

Whatever ya use, it hasta be non-toxic. Stained glass acrylic paints would be your best choice.

I read it..... that the couple repeatedly expressed her diet needs and the restaurant was negligent, as in the autopsy she was found to have high levels of what they were warned against. That's some serious food poisoning.

I don't see how a sheet of any thickness of acm is gonna make a door more secure ?? Maybe against a fire, but not vandalism. Direct painting onto acm depends highly on what you're using for the lettering type of paint.
